The FDCL brings together dairy farms and cheese producers, supporting its members in quality management and compliance with sanitary standards.
We assisted the FDCL in developing a module for their LactInfo application, dedicated to monitoring milk quality: the “Out-of-Standard Milk” module.
This module automatically detects quality alerts, generates reports and letters, and triggers corrective actions to ensure that the milk meets the required standards.
LactInfo Application
Objective: centralize sanitary information and milk purchase prices for the federation, cooperatives, and farmers.

Out-of-Standard Milk Module
How it works:
- Milk analysis results are continuously monitored.
- When a parameter exceeds the allowed threshold, an alert from level 1 to 5 is triggered.
- The module automatically generates letters and reports for the farms and cooperatives.
